The Huludao base is built by the sea with a coastline of 730 meters, covering an area of 1.07 million square meters and a manufacturing area of100,000 square meters, adjacent to Huludao Port and Jinzhou Port, which is highly suitable for the water transport of ultra-large equipment.The company boasts a team of experienced, well-organized, and strictly managed technical, managerial, and production staff, with a total workforce of over 700 people, including 150 professional technicians. The company is equipped with comprehensive production and testing facilities, featuring more than 400 pieces (sets) of various production and testing equipment, such as a 33-meter large heat treatment furnace, an 8-meter vertical lathe, an 800-ton crane, a three-roll plate bending machine capable of handling plates up to 220mm thick, tube plate stacking machines, automatic tube plate welders, CNC floor boring and washing machines,ICP plasma emission spectrometers, large metallographic microscopes, and image analysis systems. These resources meet the requirements for producing large orders and large equipment, ensuring reliable control over production cycles and product quality.
